With over 22 years of experience in the global pharmaceutical sector, Paresh combines scientific expertise, regulatory knowledge, quality leadership, operational excellence, and digital innovation. His vision is to redefine pharmaceutical compliance by integrating artificial intelligence, digital learning, predictive analytics, and Lean Six Sigma into a connected ecosystem that empowers organizations to achieve sustainable quality and compliance.
Postgraduate in Science (Microbiology) and University Topper in both his graduation and postgraduation, Paresh has built an accomplished career across Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Corporate Quality Assurance, and Audit functions. He has held key positions at Astron Research, Claris Life Sciences, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, and Torrent Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the development of robust pharmaceutical quality systems.

Padmini Trivedi serves as Director at KVION, leading the company's commercial operations, administration, human resources, finance coordination, and sales support functions under the guidance of Mr. Paresh Trivedi. She plays a key role in building efficient business processes that enable the organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting sustainable growth.
She holds a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and has completed the Tally Professional Course, equipping her with strong expertise in accounting, business administration, and commercial management.
